Our commitment

Syntari is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, or speech recognition software.

Conformance status

We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and by Section 508 in the United States.

This site is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform. We publish the specific gaps below rather than claim conformance we have not achieved.

Known issues, and what we are doing about them

The following were identified by automated testing on 14 September 2026 and are being tracked to resolution:

1. List markup. One list on the site contains child elements that are not list items. This originates in how the page framework hydrates content in the browser and cannot be corrected at the delivery layer; it is queued for correction at source.

2. Duplicate element identifier. One focusable element shares an identifier with another element on the same page, which can confuse assistive technology. Scheduled for correction.

3. Visible label and accessible name mismatch. Three elements have an accessible name that does not begin with their visible label, which can affect speech-recognition users. Scheduled for correction.

Our public contact forms were rebuilt on 14 September 2026 so that every field has a correctly associated label.

Measurement approach

We test with automated tooling (axe-core rules via our continuous scanning) on every release, and we treat accessibility failures as release-blocking defects rather than backlog items. Automated testing cannot detect every barrier, so we welcome reports from people using assistive technology.

Feedback and enforcement

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, please tell us and we will respond. Email info@syntari.ai with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant national enforcement body for the European Accessibility Act in your country of residence.

Technical specifications

Accessibility of this site relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS and JavaScript. It is tested against current versions of major browsers with common assistive technologies.

This statement was prepared on 14 September 2026 and reflects testing performed on that date. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
