1. Program Description

Syntari Nexus ("the Platform") sends SMS messages containing one-time verification codes for two-factor authentication (2FA) and account security purposes. These messages are sent to the phone number you provide when enabling two-factor authentication in your account settings.

2. How You Opt In

You consent to receive SMS verification codes from Syntari Nexus when you:

  • Enable two-factor authentication in your Syntari Nexus account settings

  • Add or update your phone number for security verification

  • Request a login verification code during sign-in

By providing your phone number and enabling 2FA, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Syntari for authentication purposes.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your login activity and security events. You will receive an SMS each time a verification code is required (e.g., signing in, confirming sensitive account changes). Typical frequency is 1–5 messages per week, depending on usage.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Syntari does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any verification code message

  • Disabling two-factor authentication in your Syntari Nexus account settings (Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication)

After opting out via STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message. If you opt out of SMS 2FA, you may use an authenticator app as an alternative verification method.

Syntari supports all major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Service availability may vary by carrier.
